Grilled Pork Butt

Ok, you can make a pork butt in the oven but if you do you will miss out the amazing Smokey flavor from the grill. The best part is that you can serve with any side dish or make salads and sandwiches.

Total Time: 5h 10min

Servings: 4 - 6

Ingredients:

4 – 5lb. Pork butt, bone – in

1 tbsp. Black pepper

3 tbsp. Salt

¼ cup Brown sugar, packed

Directions:

1. In a bowl combine the black pepper, salt, and sugar. Rub the pork leg with the seasoning mix. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.

2. When ready to cook preheat the grill to medium and grill on indirect heat. Place the pork in a pan and place it on the grill. Close the lid of the grill and cook for 5 hours basting it every 30 min with the juices from the baking pan.

3. Let it rest for 15 minutes and shred. Serve as it is with veggies or use it for sandwiches or salads and enjoy!
